From Atlanta, Georgia, Mark continues to tour around the world promoting rope jumping and fitness. In the USA he has driven 1,000,000 miles to perform 7500 shows to 5,000,000 people. Mark has also established two world records for marathon rope jumping.

Mark's lead and Bo Bohannon's direction (33 years of teaching experience), make the 40 skills detailed and easy to follow. In 1996, this video was selected by the American Heart Association as its exclusive educational video for the 1996-1997 Jump Rope for Heart National Program.
